Community Pet Policy
All dogs must pass a screening during the resident application process. No dogs over 30 pounds allowed. Pet feces are the owners-‘responsibility and must be removed immediately. Please try to have your pets take care of their business in your own yard. No aggressive breeds such as Pitbull’s, Rottweilers and Dobermans.
Home Improvement Policy
To maintain the appearance of the Community, any proposed construction/alteration or installation of storage sheds, garages, decks, patio awnings, porch steps or any other Site improvement must first be approved by the Community Manager and must have any necessary city permit, a copy of which shall be supplied to the Community Manager.
