Our service allows you to receive and send text messages to and from a designated text number. These messages may include promotional offers, alerts, communication about community news, urgent notifications, events, and other content.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Meadows Community Management related to account updates.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary.
You may receive 10 SMS messages per day.
4. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and we will cease sending SMS messages to your number.
6. Privacy
We respect your privacy and use your information only to provide the service. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Message Content
Messages may include promotional offers, alerts, communication about community news, urgent notifications, events, and other content.
8. Support
If you need assistance or have questions about our SMS service, reply with “HELP” to any SMS message you receive, or contact our customer support team atmanager@freshmeadowsoh.com.
9. Privacy Policy
Your phone number will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or applicable laws. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We can terminate your access for violating these terms.
